Hourly Rate: $40–$46 per hour

With continued growth and new participant referrals in Taree, we are seeking skilled and professional Support Workers to join our team.

The Role

This role is responsible for providing individualised support that promotes independence, safety, and meaningful engagement within the community and home environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting participants to achieve their NDIS goals

• Daily living support including meal preparation, domestic assistance, and personal care (as required)

• Facilitating community participation such as appointments, shopping, social activities, and exercise

• Encouraging skill development and confidence building

• Upholding accurate and timely shift documentation, progress notes, and incident reporting

Required Qualifications & Compliance

The successful applicant will hold:

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working With Children Check

• First Aid & CPR certification

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle

• Police check

Desirable:

• Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification

• Experience working within the NDIS or human services sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries
